Orumia Tractorsazi Company , is the biggest industerial branch in west Azarbaijan state and the single heavy manufacture which stablished in 1362 with it's old name (Dehghan Sanat.Com) with the common investment of "Jahade Sazandegi" and state's bank.it produced agricultural devices such as , plow ,trailer ,sprayer , and ... till 1371 . in 1371 coopration of city halls of west Azarbaijan Com. bought the whole share of that company and changed it's name to Orumia's Tractorsazy Com.

after alot of looking for commercial partner and development in activities in the field of productry agricultural devices , at last in 1372 they concluded a treaty with Italy's Galduny Com ,(one of the famous factories in the field of producing devices ), and imported 1500 Golduny Tractor machine in the model of 930 and the kind of SKD and started to produce gardening tractors from that year.in next years and dependes on the independent policy the company started to import segements, in the way that in 1378 more than 80 percent of tractor segements produced inside the country and some of them inside the company .In 1382 shares of Orumia Tractorsazy Com. donated to the Iran's tractorsazy com.In 1383 the board of directors of com. decided to start up second handle foundry line (which has been bought by previous manager), and in the beginnings of 1384 foundry line such as dissolution line , molding line , and sandmaking line exploited .In 1385 they negotiated with Germany's Hatz Com. in order to import engine with 38 horse power and with the same transformation they intered a new model of tractor with the new name H938 in the market. In 1387 with more effort in researches and importing new model of tractor( H942) which the power of it's engine is 42 horse power of Italy's Lumbardiny Com. and with new characteristics they designed and produced first model of it.

now a days this company with the content of producing 3800 system of different kinds of tractors such as 930 , 938 , 942 is activated and with direct attraction of 260 person is forerunner of industrial companies of state.
